What's Missing? I found a secret message!

"designriffsis almost done with a Photoshop... But something's missing... Can you tell what's missing? http://tinyurl.com/bbsasa" This post got me curious. So I looked and did some unmasking and found one of President Obama's Ears hidden in a secret code. Don't worry, the President has given me 8499 more ears to mark with. Want to help me hide them? Designriffsis doesn't even know about this one yet. It's like the secret message inside President Lincolns' Pocket Watch that he never knew about.
