Obama Gets Watered by "The Famous Alanna"

When I picked Alanna Kay up from school today, I had just heard about the Obama chia pet being pulled from shelves in Florida. Complaints that the chia was "racist," prompted a Walgreens in Florida to pull it from the shelves. Alanna misunderstood the word racist, and thought they said oasis. Her response, "Why are they calling it an oasis? I think every one should be able to buy it." Once again, this child cuts through the fog with a laser, and simplifies how free markets should operate. Whether racist, or oasis, we need to let people have a chance to decide for themselves what they want to buy. Here's to the beauty of a child's mind...Alanna's, not mine.
